If you belong to one of the sector’s professional groups, there is nothing holding you from participating in the International Exhibition “Climatherm – Energy”!
Browse through Exhibition’s “Floor Plans” and contact us either by e-mail or by phone to state your participation and we will advise you on choosing the stand that best suits your needs.
After choosing the stand, the “Participation Form” must be filled in and sent to our offices.
By sending the “Participation Form” and observing the procedures instructed, you establish your presence in the biggest International Exhibition of the industry in Greece and you belong to the group that creates an an energy sustainable future.
SETTING UP DATES – CLIMATHERM ENERGY
The setting up dates for your stands, at the exhibition center “Metrpopolitan Expo”, depending on stand type, are as follows:
STANDS WITHOUT STRUCTURE
Monday 19th of February, Tuesday 20th of February, Wednesday 21st of February and Thursday 22nd of February 2024.
STANDS WITH STRUCTURE
Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22ndth of February 2024.
FORKLIFT
IN THE EXHIBITION CENTER, ON DAYS OF PREPARATION AND DESMANTLING, A CLARK OF 2,5 TONS WILL BE OFFERED FROM THE ORGANIZATION.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW IS THAT, THOSE STAND MANUFACTURERS THAT WILL NEED THE CLARK ABOVE THE TIME OFFERED FOR FREE, THEY MUST INFORM ON TIME BY FINDING THE CLARK DRIVER AVAILABLE, AND SHALL BE CHARGED OVERTIME FROM THE ORGANIZATION.

SECURITY
We would like to inform all exhibitors that PROJECT company bears no responsibility for any losses or damages during the preparation, exhibition, and desmantling of your stands. We suggest you higly guard your stands during preparation and dismantling. Security hours, which is offered by PROJECT company, are 11 p.m until 7:30 a.m.
